I like this idea. Rate it an 8/10. Don't know if someone in the comments wrote this or not because I'm too lazy to read them, but along the lines of a higher farm level = more pokemon, maybe a higher farm level = better chance of finding a rare pokemon.

Nonetheless, this idea would encourage people to buy a house and farm, because I myself don't farm and see it as a waste of time, unless something like this would be added.
