Yeah, that would give someone a chance of make a lot of coins and also help new peopme get ahead in game aswell

Or even like a roulette, there been alot of different promo, even ones that have already, with a ultra rare one, this would stop the rich getting richer aswell

meh , 1/10 , 1. like all others said people will complaint about the timezones , and they cant stay on all day just to get the promo to be changed 2. the luck thing sounds unfair

itsnot too bad of an idea, maybe make it so the evo doesnt show up every new promo so its not overused

I don't know... it seems like it could work, but the coding would be difficult and promos shouldn't really be their own game, I think everybody should get the same pokemon. I feel the same way about the rare candies, I don't think rare candies should be given away for the first few people to get the new promos.
