I was thinking that there could be tournaments every once and a while that have prizes for the winner. They could have different levels determined by trainer level.

For ex.
Begginers-1-25
Easy-25-100
Intermediate-100-250
Hard-250-1000
Veteran-1000-5000
Expert-5000-10000
Legend-10000+

This has been suggested before loads of times. The only problem with this is that people with lower trainer level hav high level pokemon. So tournaments could easily turn out unfair. 6/10

I suggested this before. I remember that i suggest saying that it goes by the Level of the Pokemon that will be entering the contest. The time when i am suggesting this, there is no trainer level or maybe trainer level is nothing at all.
However many people dislike that idea and i forgot the reason too. I will try to find back that old thread and post some of the reason here if you want.

tournament creation will be a very hectic task and some users will have unfair advantage of having higher levelled poke at low trainer level.

Like the others said, been suggested over and over. I still like this idea, personally. The problem probably stands with coding and overloading the site during these tournaments.

I agree this has been suggested but I still think this is a great suggestion. It is a great way to train your pokemon and increase their level.

What would people be doing in this tournament ? How about explaining your idea in more detail that way you have a better chance of people actually agreeing and understanding you.

A lot of people had suggested this idea already, the coding for it isn't going to be easy, besides, the site would very likely to lag when there's a tournament going on.
