fresh water+ Bowl=bowl of water
wheat+hammer=flour Flour + bowl of water=dough. You can get wheat through farming or buy them from others and u need a farming level of 15 firsy to plant wheat

Also if you go to the creed help site they have all the farming recipes, Levels to use and make ingredients and how much xp you get for making them :)
