This is a bad idea to give the frozen account a second chance, what you're saying is basically letting the hackers, spammers, etc. to roam free in pokemon creed until they're all frozen again. I'm guessing you are suggesting this because your main account is frozen? Your profile seems a bit new to worry about getting frozen or not.

I think the reason that your post this thread is because your main account is frozen, and you want your account un-frozen.

I think this idea is a good idea and a bad one too for the reason of everyone deserves a second chance because either they done some things by accident eg: spamming if they left something on the keyboard and the bad idea is that if you can't do the time don't do the crime.
