First think , train to at least 1k and get toxic if not then go and get training from someone by paying them with pokes or coins , as soon as you have toxic start to go to nueva town and to the dark alley and fight the mysterious trainer , make sure to use ghost pokes , use toxic on the poke and start fighting until you win and you'll gain a lot of exp
