Alright well as you know people you the rarity feature a lot in the chatroom. Whether it be from the range of a normal pokemon all the way to the high rated coloreds. However, this information is, in my opinion, useless when used for colored pokemon. It is great for shiny pokemon since they don't have a widely used rating list because they are randomly added everyday, but does not work for the colored pokemon besides just tell us how many pokemon are in game.

My suggestion is that we create a new chatroom command for use. Something like "(coloredpokemon) rate" or "rate (coloredpokemon)".
This will have creed bot fetch the rate for that pokemon (based on Rowl's List, since it is the most widely used and agreed on ratings).
With the output being something like:
"(Username), the rate of (coloredpokemon) is (rowl's rate)."

This could also implement the few normal pokemon by typing "rate normal(pokemon)."

Also, if there is not a rate for some reason, because it is a new promo or has not be trade enough, etc. The rate of the response will just simply be "N/A".

Now I personally think, and I know other's will to, this would be much better to have in the chatroom. It will cause the chatrooms to be full of the useless stuff most people don't care about to be avoided, to be replace with information that is more important to the two creating the trade and possibly more in the chatroom.

Also you do not have to take the "rarity of" feature out because it would still be useful for shinys but it will never be as useful for colored pokemon as the "rate of pokemon" feature.

Well the idea is great I have seen a lot of people having problems finding rates becuz they are forum banned or they simply cannot find it so 10/10

Only problem is, rates change. Da Man most likely isn't going to add a rate command each time a new promo comes out. Rates aren't fixed numbers, they change.

Amathyst, what I am trying to say is that it will pull it off of rowl's rate list every time it is updated. Or if that is not possible, set the rate list up to a database using mySQL so when a staff member updates there, it automatically updates the rate feature and the forum rate list.

i hope this would be implemented soon, its nice since not all people knows the rates of all poke, also it doesn't mean that it would be the fixed price to follow, it would just be a basis of the average rate of a poke.. this is nice, specially for the lazy people. hahaha, including me.

A new chat room is nice idea where we can focus like trading viewing rarity and etc

rates vary from person to person so i dont think this would work out.

Some people do not use rowl's rate list. So I don't think it's needed.
