Well :) if you don't have toxic or a ghost type Pokemon, swimmer Richard is a great choice to train, just add Bolt Strike to your Pokemon and it should die in 1 to 2 hits. If you have a ghost type, Bird Tamer is the next best. Use blizzard or bolt strike until it's weak enough to send out your other Pokemon to defeat it and get the exp. but make sure you use the ghost type to weaken it since they can't be hit by their attacks. If you have toxic, battle the mysterious trainer located in the "town" section in the "dark alley" part of it after obtaining all 40 badges. Then, use toxic first until the mew is poisoned and then use fly or megahorn to weaken it and use the Pokemon you're training to defeat it. Golurks work best for this job but usually any Pokemon can defeat at least the first one. Don't worry though, there isn't a prize for defeating all 6 of his Pokemon and even do your Pokemon does while defeating it, you'll still gain the exp :D hope this helped!

well it looks like DitzyDoo explained to a T but she forgot to mention Zapmolcuno. If u wanna attempt to take them down and dont have toxic you can use sludge but it will take a lot longer. With fighting Zapmolcuno youll need sludge or toxic to poison them then use blizzard on zapdos and moltres and thunder or bolt strike on articuno. this will help u train a lot quicker than swimmer richard and bird tamer but if u can beat all 3 youll get the move Fly but like she said youll need a golett or golurk. its also possible to use another ghost type pokemon to do this step. If me or DitzyDoo didnt explain it well enough just shoot me a message and ill try to explain it a little better.

or if you're too lazy to train it yourself you can ask for other players to train it for you for prizes xD
