there should be devolving of pokemon because I already got 4 rainbowgolurks and I feel there is no chance of getting rainbowgolett because 80% most of users who own it already quit and the rest they are not trading one and now I regret that I trade my rainbowgolett for 2 rainbowgolurk cause of greediness

but ofcourse payment must be high for example 5k coins for each devolved pokemon

im sorry im gunna have to disagree with this one. devolving wold be pointless. you have the choice to evolve it or not so that solely up to the person who wants to evolve it or not.

thats why there is a cost to devolve a pokemon cause I hate on having 4 rainbow golurk with no rainbowgolet and I never evolve a rainbow golett. thats why there is cost to devolve so users would balance what would they devolve

nope what are the rarest pokemon non legends ofcourse they only worth maybe 5k-10k but in devolving we would pay a lot
much as 5k in general rates so I prefer degrading one than buying one in 5k the rainbow golett

this not really a good idea. and there is not even a word in the dictionary that means the same as you define it.. imagine a human devolving into a monkey or a present human to a homohabilis.. there is no point in evolving if this "devolving" of yours would be implemented. it would even be better if no pokemon would be evolved if you wanted this. sorry it is just a bad idea for me. 0/10

I dislike this suggestion. You had the choice to evolve them or not but you chose to evolve them.
It would be like digimon where they digivolve and can return to their normal form again xD
Also, I think even pokemon games let you choose if you'll evolve your pokemon or not(by pressing that b button to cancel it's evolution)

nope you people dont understand thats why people afraid to evolve their pokemons because base are more important than evolve sometimes base worth like 2 of its evolve forms if it is like the base is impossible to find thats why there is payment like 5k coins I know what you are thinking people it would be abuse to rarity of base pokemon but I dont think so cause there is payment to balance it
and I like my idea because I can only get evolve forms but there are base stage which are likely to impossible to get now because people are quitting and mostly if they level up their pokemon they would prefer evolve pokemon

It's not we did not understand your idea.
Of course base is more important than not base pokes.
Maybe some players are hoarding it that's why you can't get it.
As for the ones that quitted, well it was their decision to quit and not give/sell/trade their base colored pokes.
I or most people just see devolving a pokemon useless. Sorry.

well i disagree to this as it will only ruin the economy as rates would then vary a lot based on if the pokemon is evolved , and plus if u want the pre- evoloution of that pokemon you can just trade for one rather than "devolving" it.
