Sometimes, you want to give people more details before they PM you, such as only important stuff, training/trading, no begging, whatever,and the quote on your profile can only hold a few characters to show the info you want to. The idea I am suggesting is to be able to put a infomation bulletin either above [you must login to view links] to give people an insight of things before they message you. Just have the name in the "send to" and it will pop up. If you have a lot of coins, maybe you want to tell people no begging or you're buying stuff. If you're a staff member and want to warn people about reporting or show them steps, show them what to do.

I really like this idea. I can't count the number of messages I've gotten begging for coins/training. Maybe instead of it being a pop up, when you click to send your messgae a screen pops up with the 'rules' to message the player?

Really like this idea for many of the same reasons. Will it permanently stop people from doing it, no but I it would greatly decrease annoying messages. I could be similar to what Da Man has coded for when you PM him. This could also be like a trainer upgrade type of thing you would have to buy to make it a privilege. 9/10 for the idea :)

Good idea and I am pretty sure this will be looked at it is good but a few bad results may come from this

Really love this idea, I also get a lot of these annoying messages like: "Can I borrow some coins?" With this idea this might reduce the amount of these messages. Hope this will be added. 9/10.
