Hi Guys. I can't even start farmong or orienteering or anything! I might have done something wrong and my house is the very first one. If you know the solution can you please PM me?

You can only farm and craft at the moment.

farming - buy a house with a garden from the estate agency at your town and plant berries
crafting - again buy a house and use this guide -- [you must login to view links]
