So this is like a new game and there is only 1 winner, the winner can get non-colored or colored Pokémon and sometimes a rare Pokémon?

There is already a pokemon raffle in games corner. You submit colored base pokes in there. Just check there for more info about it.

There's already something like this in the Games Corner. It's called the Pokemon Raffle. You submit colored Pokemon into it and the more you have entered the better chance you have of winning. It will end whenever there is 50 Pokemon in the raffle.
