Hi I was looking through some players pokemon, and I saw a level 4 pokemon. I know that level 5 is supposed to be the lowest level, or so i thought. Can anyone tell me how to get this level 4 pokemon? What are the requirements? Like do I have to beat all gym leaders? Or was this an event pokemon? I am really confused, and if this isnt a glitch, I really want it. I am 95% sure this isnt a glitch because the good players have it :D

Yes some player has 4 level pokemon also. It is rare than 5 level pokemon
You can get it from Auction House or from Players only i think..

You can get level 4 by using Rare Candy. I mean, when you use a Rare Candy on a Pokemon, sometimes the Rare Candy is bad and turns out other way and decreases the level instead.

^AnTin - yeah that works but the chance of decreasing it's level is only 10%. Mostly you gain level from using rare candy.

Well that might be the case bad rare candies tend to happen among players now days but what's even more surprising is that u can go even lower to level 3 a freind of mine has a level 3 seadra and he is going to put it in the auction if u want one go and check the auction now
