You can get riolu in games corner.

Aerodactyl, Glameow, Accelgor, Bellsprout, Wynaut (and many more) can be found in the random swap (or if you are in clan, you can get them from the specific swap from the clan Reward.

Riolu- can be found from the Game Corner for 800 coins

Absol, and Abra can't be found in normal forms

Abra was only released as a Golden promos.
Absol so far have been released as Rainbow, Cursed, Shadow, Shiny as a promo, LuminousAbsol have been also released in game but not sure how.

Happiney have only been released as Normal pokemon, but there are only a couple of them in the game and I believe one of the admin released them at contest prizes or something along the line to makes them limited edition.

Going off of GrimReaper, LuminousAbsol was a mod pogey, meaning a mod contested it off and thus releasing it into the game.

There are many pokes in this game that aren't on here, including a regular ralts, which I've been dying to get my hands on. :P
