Honestly, reputationn shows nothing for a player. You could have high reputation and be themost mean spririted person on creed or the otheer way around.

There already is a award sort of thing but I do not think that it gives out actual awards, but it would be cool if it would just give you a small colored Pokemon. The voting could be every New Years Eve.
