I think there's no need for this.
They are already mods in game. That Pokemon Police has the same function of mods. Inherited Will, the Destiny of the Age, and the Dreams of the People. These are things that will not be stopped. As long as people continue to pursue the meaning of Freedom, these things will never cease to be! -One piece season #2 opening |

Like brys said. The mods and admin already have the same role that these Pokémon Police would have. Only I'm pretty sure they don't get paid.
