Orienteering is something you will have to ask a higher up about because a lot of us newer people dont even know what it is ask ninjakill or someone like that.

lol, everyone above helped so much. Orienteering is used for Running Shoes, maybe more. You need a level of 15 to use Running Shoes to move to different Towns/Cities, and you can level up by catching Pokemon.
That's all that I know as of now.

Yes you can use if for running shoes, but i heard something about a bicycle too, dont know maybe youll travel faster between cities then. I heard they can only be gotten from Da Man.
