You need only one, at least i have 2011 Santa Hat and i used only one.

just equip it.i am not going to use one because i think santa sprite sucks. i can make a better one.

You only need one too change your sprite. You have to go too items, equip the santa hat to yourself, go change your sprite and the santa sprite will be there.
Birthday is January 19.Hope I get gifts
