5/10 your first idea, people should send screen shots of the levels gained when they are done training it. 7/10 Second idea, this would be a good idea if people don't take advantage of it.

The second is to have an exp. set,(if ever you really lend it for training), the poke will not be returned until the trainer training that poke trained up to the said exp., only the 1 who is lending the pokemon can cancel it.
Defintly it makes things so much easier

This is something that probably should have been added to the game a log time ago to keep people from getting ripped off, I like it.
