There has to be a better way to get coins from things other than hitdown and gamescorner if so please tell me.

Get a high level pokemon and start training for people, or you can always use real money and buy them.

like,dark said also you could buy the promo and wait for a long time and sell it to get more than twice the coins you spent to buy that promo!

I am gonna have to say the only way to get quick coins fast is hitdown and promos or buying them.
