Very Nice and Detailed Suggestion But I think some of the items that you mentioned that could be mined they actually dont have much use off in game like "Evolution Stones" we dont use them to evolve pokemon , and the same thing with the "Nuggets , Ruby , Sapphire" they have basically no use in game But overall a really a good idea.

complan, jackhammer is that thing that u see in loony toons cartoons that makes a big noise and the rabbit is on it as it punctures into the ground, it isn't a gun, and nice idea :)
