Well since Da Man has done very well in creating this new minigame, I think it would be appropriate to add a few things to it.

I myself am not very up-to-date on many of the new pokemon since around generation 3-4ish. I would think it would be a great idea if in between or underneath the two options that say,

Yes, it would be my pleasure!
No thank you.

That there be a third option for Let me practice first! or something along the lines of that. Once the user clicks on this option it would bring up this screen, [you must login to view links] , but instead of just having to go through the whole pokedex you would get bubble options on which of the regions you would like to practice. (Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and Kalos)

These would be great ways for people like myself and older members that did not stay in tune with the series to practice on learning the newer pokemon.

Note: Since you would be able to practice individual regions this should either not be stored into the rankings or create a rankings like Pokemon Rankings where there is the overall rankings (the one that would earn you the 1000 coins and such) and then a drop down box for the various regions (where you would not earn a prize since it is for practice.)

great idea and also some are hard to spell so i just get ussally 8 or less

(another idea) for each pokemon you get right you should get a very small random prize like 1 coin 3 million dollars or 1500 points or somthing like that just an idea that i thought of quickly you can add it if you want

+1, but first we need to add Kalos Pokemon into the game

The 'practice' option is a nice suggestion, but I think it should exclude Kalos region since there's no pokemon from Kalos region in this game yet.
And, during the practice, if you get the name wrong once it will tell you the correct answer. That, or you could keep on trying yourself until you give up and pick the 'tell me the answer' option or something.
