training limit
I think we need training limit, so when someone accept the job, the pokemon is must be have low lvl than trade cap people who will train it, if the pokemon lvl go over than trade cap, the pokemon will be auto return to the owner

Great idea. :) Will probably work on it so that lower level people will actually have to work for their own levels so it is fair for the lower levels and the higher level people as well as back in the day they were no high level trainers to help you train.

wont this stop training jobs?
If it does i will not only rate this idea 0/10 but say that this will cause people to quit as well i believe |

Lol, i think it is not really great, how would you have a trade cap of 15,000 when your main poke level is just 1,000 or low, then it will just mean that there will be no more like training for others, but if all trainers will going to have the trade cap 15,000 at the start, i think it is fair.
