Egghead fired more missiles back. When a few others retaliated, he flew up a bit higher (he's on that floatie ship thingy, remember. xD) and fired back.
Sonic and Tails hopped into the Tornado and went to go confront Egghead themselves.

I was floating with the Megaton Hammer, above Eggman, And broke the Ship's engine part

The ship sizzled a bit.
Tails fired a few lasers at him.
And for the grand finale, Tails passed Sonic the Ring, and he finished Egghead off.

Everyone but Tails jumped into the portal. He had to take his plane with him in case there was trouble, so he flew into the portal.
