What if, When GLaDOS or Wheatly is defeated, Robuttnick finds her or him, and takes them to his *Dun dun DUUUNNN* Secret Base and rebuilds them there, When GLaDOS/Wheatly awake, They begin to go on a destructive rampage due to no behavioral cores being on them, and Eggman's secret base becomes well, A place that requires a Gas Mask to enter due to all the Nerotoxins, and she/he will have full control of the base)
