As in my other recommendation for evolution, we should eliminate some pages that you can access through the box page. Under "Manage Pokemon," we have links to "Evolution," "Open Box," "Change Moves," as well as "Nicknames." Shall my recommendation for evolution be made, we have reason to get rid of that link. As for 'change moves' and 'nicknames,' the 'change moves' button under the pokemon themselves sends you to the same page as the other two mentioned links. Therefore, we can rid ourselves of those two.
In addition, considering the page that the "change moves" button sends you to a page where you can do more than just changing the moves, it should be renamed to "manage."
The 'Open Box' page can remain the same, except we should remove the 'Check Box' section, as will be explained shortly. The 'Open Box' page should be renamed to "Your Team."
Finally, a page should be added, which lists all of the pokemon in your 'box' not in your team], named "Your Box."
Instead of having to go through the alphabet to see your pokemon, this should only be an option, in order to find your pokemon. The "Your Box" default page should be a list of all of your pokemon, perhaps categorized alphabetically.

This is already made, under "My Profile" or anyone's for that matter you can view all the Pokemon under "View All Pokemon".
And keep your suggestions in 1 thread instead of making 3.
