to reverse the effect you must wake up Tyrant...

Mizu was being so annoying, it would force Tyrant up, Mirage used the Pokeflute right next to Normal asleep Tyrant

He is in a deep sleep almost eternal slumber there is one way to wake him up... the rock stone should wake him up... :P we do not have the ground but he is ground/dark but i consider rock ground...
