Virtue smiled, "I come from PHNT to finish up a little gang dispute in this apocalyptic world." he said looking around before turning on his AT Field which would block just about every conventional weapon. He then put his finger on the trigger and another on the pin of Deadeye's gun, "Go ahead, shoot." he said as he smiled.

Virtue nodded, "That's a good start to get everyone to hate someone isn't it?" he said as he notified Icarus. "Now at least we don't have to get our Commander involved in this..." he said as he erased the possibility of an Impact to have caused this.

Virtue smiled and showed Deadeye a picture of Icarus, "This man right here." he said as he played a video he had taken of Icarus's best moments in commission, including his stopping of 4th Impact, killing of Lilith, and the acquirement of his god-like powers.

Virtue nodded, "He is." he said as he pulled out a yellow liquid in a vial. "This is Serum-GH, or Serum Global Healing. This should be able to heal the world given the time." he said as he examined it.
