"But-" Aero protested, but decided it was worthless and continued to help Ace.

I turned into a hyena and continued to walk. Every step I took seemed to get slower. In a matter of hours, we got to my house.

"Would you like to lay on the couch?" Aero asked.

I turned back into my human form and laid on the couch. "My back hurts," I mutter. "It hurts worse than anything I've ever felt before." I say, beginning to cry softly.

"Ace..." Aero crouched by him, wiping his tears. "Ace, guess what?"
(I'm assuming Christmas hasn't happened yet. XD)

"Yeah?" I say half-heartedly.

"Next week is Christmas." Aero smiled gently.

Vincent limped back to his house, and collapsed on his bed, muttering curses. He called the nearest doctor, saying that his right arm and right leg were fractured, and there was a crack on his skull.
Within two hours, he was carried to a hospital room, and had his arm put in a sling. Vincent laid down in the bed, counting the tiles on the ceiling, because he had nothing else to do.
Twenty minutes later, a crazy doctor ran into Vincent's room, holding a syringe. Using his good arm, Vincent walloped the doctor in the cheek, softly chuckling to himself.

I simply smiled back. I lay my head gently against the couch as my black hair fell in my face. Not like I cared.

Aero smiled, and got up. She began making eggnog bread.

While she was doing that, I went to sleep before she forced eggnog bread down my throat.

Once Aero was done, she wrapped it in tinfoil so it stayed fresh. Yawning, Aero went into her room for a nap.

(They got home at 11 PM, more than a nap. XD)

I wake up, but fall right back asleep.

"Did you find anything?" Edward asked.

"No," Deadeye said, "I jumped on the ambulance and hit a street sign."

"Idiot." Edward said.

*Meanwhile*

Daniel called someone on his phone.

"What do you want? How'd you get my number?" The voice said.

"I want to make a deal." Daniel said.

"What kind of deal, I don't sell anymore you know this."

"I know, after your 'death' you were rebuilt and you went into hiding. You now work at a Weis's packaging plant."

"Then what do you want?"

"I want you to kill, Edward Alverara, and James 'Deadeye' Baulschoff."

"What's in it for me?"

"Your legacy, sanity, and football career."

"I'm in."

"Good."

The next morning, Aero got up and made Ace's favorite breakfast.
