I flooded the area with smoke before seemingly vanishing, Foxy kicked Matt down from behind undetected because of all the smoke (So we're only allowed to almost kill him, then put him in a cryogenic chamber for until Five Nights at Freddy's 3?)

the bullets bounced off his metal endoskeleton (Even though RL Animatronics are fragile as heck, The FNAF animatronics are the complete polar opposite of Fragile imo)
