"Damn it! Damn it!" Hawkins shouted.

"Drop the gun Hawkins." Edward said. "Don't make me ask again."

Destra held her Shadow Ball at the ready.

Hawkins looked up. "Sniper on the roof." He muttered.

Destra didn't believe Hawkins, thinking he was trying to distract everyone.

"Sniper on the roof." Hawkins repeated. "Al Palchianni."

"No damn way." Edward said and turned around.

So, maybe he's telling the truth. I'm not gonna cancel my attack, just in case, though, she thought to herself.

Edward looked out the door. "Damn it." Edward said. "Okay, Rodriquez, Lyzakyan, I need you two to get to the nearest boat and activate it. Baulschoff, Hawkins, come with me." Edward then looked at Destra. "If you have family get to them now, because the Palchianni's are coming."

"Alright. Is there a phone anywhere?"

"Here." Deadeye threw Destra his cellphone.

"Thank you." Destra dialed Daisy's number.

"Let's move out." Edward said. "Stay with Lyzakyan and Rodriguez, they can hotwire a ship and get you to town quicker."

"Destra, thank goodness you're alive! I had heard you were hurt!"
"Daisy, you've got to get yourself, Mom, and Dad out of there!"
"What are you talking about!?" Daisy said on the other line, surprised.
"The Pal-whatever are coming!"
"Alright, I'll tell our parents!" Daisy said.
