She turned around and looked straight at him. "What!!." She screamed, shocked at her own tone but how else was she going to get her anger out?

"I'm sorry," I say.

Alice didn't change her expression of frusteration. "How could you? Why bother to bring that up when you know what ive gone through? Why when you know what im feeling?" She asked with tears once again coming to her eyes. She fought them but they won and started trickling down her face again. she brought a hand to her chest and started bawling. She had to let it out at some point. Her hair moved out of her face from a draft and it revealed that her left eye had turned from deep red to pitch black.

"I know what you have gone through! Hell, I'm dying! It kills me to even think about what I did!" I yell, but back away, I didn't mean to raise my voice.

Alice hung her head and started weeping louder. "I k-know you dying! Stop bringing it up!" She screamed through gasps for air due to how hard sh ewas crying. She wasn't shocked at his raised voice. she lifted her head. "I- I lo-" She couldn't say it... Not when he was dying. Not while they were both mad.

I grab her sides. I take a deep breath and kiss her.

Alice was shocked. She closed her eyes and relaxed. *Why do I feel thi sway?* She thought.

I pulled away, "I love you," I say.

Alice was still wide eyed and didn't say anything. But her eyes read the same thing Ace had just said. She leaned in and hugged him.The blood coated her but she didn't care.

I hugged her back. I stayed silent.

It pained Alice to know that it took Ace dying for this to happen.

"I-i know.. I know I don't have much time... b-but... I had to do that..." I mutter.

Alice looked up at him. "No...there has to be a solution.." She started to tear up again.

"I might last 2 days and that's it..." I say. "I really hate dying on you..."

Alice gave that same look she did when she was mad eirlier and she pulled away. "But whY? Why wont the heal?" She started pacing until she gave up and plopped onto the floor.
