Alice instinctivly deflected the bullets by swiping her scythe and hitting them with the sharp end of the blade.

Matt threw a small pen like item that began releasing a gas.

Alice closed her eyes and the scythe lit up an eerie purple. Alice was in a purple bubble that leaked a black mist.

Matt examined the bubble.

Alice still had her eyes closed, un aware of what she was doing let alone how.

Matt growled and fired at the orb.

If split and formed mist that looked like souls, they were circling Alice and she opened her eyes, looking at the purple soul like things around her, she counted 13.

Matt examined the orb some more.

Alice held the scythe horizontal and loosley, her knees were toghether and she looked like she was in a trance.

Edwarx looked at the orb as well.

It turned red as well as the souls and Alice fell to her knees.

"Alice!" Edward shouted worriedly.

A soul entered her and she fell to the ground.

Edward tried to get to Alice, but Matt tackled him

Every time one of the 13 souls entered and exited her the bubble would change to a different dark and eerie color and Alice would let out an ear splitting scream.
