Most of creed prefers their colored pokes base.( myself included) and I was just curious as to why we prefer them over leveled, cuz I don't know

Base is just like the kid said. It's brand new, never touched. Original wrapper. Perfect for collectors. If you level a pokemon to, say, 2k, in reality, the rate will be 'higher' on paper, but you offers will tend to be a little more shaky as far as content, unless the pokemon are really liked.
Theres a correlation between level and rarity. The more valuable a pokemon is, the less it's level matters. If you get into pokemon that are, say, 4 of a kind, people would rather have it at base over 4k (well the people who can afford it would).
