Well any ways these are the people who should be and why.

Harmony as Mod (pending) why because she is very helpful nice and really kind, she knows the rules and knows when some one is out of line.

Vicky as Mod why because she is very kind but very stricked witch is good as a Mod

JaanX as a Mod he is also kind and grateful never been banned argued or anything like that

Pikachu1234 as ChatMod why cuz he is good with chat rules and helps people out also very active

Catcherpro he is a noob but a very nice noob he s very kind and is will to help he is also active in chats

but if you check there reps they have 10+ look at godnum and darkvortex they both suck as staff but we need more chat mods as im not as active in chat as catcher and pikachu jaanx he is very loyal and will help if u ask him just remember chat is always being watched even when there is no staff in there yea maybe they train but so do alot of staff maybe they are afk at the time if use chat mods did do there job why is there like 20 plus people banned from chat we do see what is happening in chat just we cant always be staring at the chat 24/7 atm there is only people from england that is chat mods we need at least 2 people that have different time zones like catcher usa and pikachu from singapore so as i go to sleep catcher is on then the moment catcher is off pikachu is on then there is like pikachu on his own till zapdos or entei comes then about 4 o'clock gtm pikachu goes to sleep so what i have said will work
