i speak to him and understand him :s and u need nice people to be staff and nakayomi and noble i hear are becoming back to staff and i didnt put these in cuz they already have been staff

Actually, since Da Man has a grudge against me for all eternity, I am not a mod, and I doubt I will ever be one regardless of what I do.

To be honest, there are way to many staff already, and 90% of them don't do enough to deserve it. I won't rattle on about how I'd be a good staff member or anything, but there needs to be a long, hard look at what is needed out of EVERY staff member and who is willing to put that effort into it. Being nice has nothing to do with it. Mods are enforcers of the rules, so people like Entei who unban friends and others really don't deserve the position they already have.

Sometimes being nice is just a mask to do things behind your back. You are better off with honest, straightforward people who don't sugarcoat and enforce the rules across the board.

Reason : An obvious loser, good for nothing troll who tries to threaten Da Man via pm of reporting creed to Nintendo, if doesnt gets his so called "prize".
Its true i dont pay any attention to nubs like him who tries to rip me on my 'zehel' account telling me 'this the best offer you can get' LOL. He calls me an asshole and hold a grudge against me since he couldnt win a simple goddamn cubone. He votes for people and gives reasons ( obviously his stuck up viewpoint) when i have seen him active since only about last 1.5 months. I really couldnt care less about being voted for mod or sometin, but the fact that he tries to judge people with his two faced personality is quite disturbing . Heres a rep for cooling you down.
