does the Referer system work?

The site is slow because it's maybe the server is slow, or it's not coded properly to make it fast yet.
You cannot donate "real" money anymore so you will get nothing.
The referal system does work, you just need to be patient in waiting.

Isnt it that the referal system requires people who are active after signing up? I think that should be changed, and yeh i know its in the wrong section to discuss this subject, but just wanted to say it!
