well, an explination would b erelevant. so ill make this easy. there would be medications to pump up pokemon. they can be bought at the department store and, dpending on the amount payed (maximum 10 coins) it wouldraise that certain stat.

example: itachi, katiesmiles, and harmony give nurse joy their c. totadiles. they give 5 coins each and had their pokemons' hp stat raised by 5!

notes: only works twice daily.
some side effects (if given overdose) could result in paralisis for one battle, poisoning in one battle or hp reduction in one battle.

if ur reffering to buffs, my idea would be considered slightly different.

raising a hp by 5 points would be worthless when the damage doen the pokemon in battles is in the thousands.

Farfetchd, 5 hp could make all the difference, I have been killed by Dragon Tamer (Gible), and he took off 8 more damage than I had health, and since this thing is twice a day, that 10hp would have helped me kill him. :p

Also,the idea isn't that bad,but should be a higher amount of coins.If that was that,a simple fight may take a lot of time.
