You take a dip... You fall into Wailord and find several frozen pokeballs. You get blown out of Wailord's blowhole and find that several of the pokeballs thawed out. Next to those pokeballs you find a key and see a keyhole on the side of Wailord's body. You open the door with your key and find a chest containing $26,984!
