I hope we can have a ''Merger Clan System''
This system allow us to merger our clan with another clan.
Maybe like...

ClanA want to Merger with ClanB and ClanA send a Merger Request and the ClanB master will accept or dont want accept

If ClanB Master dont accept all thing will be normal

If ClanB Master accept than something will happen(Read below)

Before they merger with ClanA they have 100,000Xp

(1St After)
After they merger with ClanA they earn 100,000Xp today so the ClanXp should be 200,000Xp right?But they have 175,000Xp in the clan page,Is it because 25% of the ClanXp is given to ClanA

(2Nd After)
After they merger with ClanA they earn 100,000Xp today so the ClanXp should be 200,000Xp right?But this time they have 300,000Xp,It is because 25% of what ClanA earn was given to ClanB

(3Rd After)
After they merger with ClanA they earn 100,000Xp today so the ClanXp should be 200,000Xp right?But this time they have 200,000Xp and no more no less,It is because what ClanA earn today is also 100,000Xp.So 100,000Xp 25% is 25,000Xp.
So ClanA give ClanB 25,000Xp and ClanB give ClanA 25,000Xp so no more no less...

Yup,Maybe you dont need.But how about a new clan?They need people to get them some exp first than they can start.

1. I agree with your words "But how about a new clan?They need people to get them some exp first than they can start." This idea can help them (new clan) to become stronger, but after that maybe we should let them try with their self to raises their clan.
Example :
Clan A (Stronger than B) and Clan B
Clan A merge with Clan B and help them until Clan B can raises their rank by them self then Clan A can left Clan B from merge.

2. I disagree if this merge was a permanent one... Check example ^ then, you'll be understand why I disagree

Not really a stupid idea if you think it over again, see some people make friends on this site and they might both own 2 seperate clans or for someone that wanted to make a new clan and just decided to transfer the rest of the clan over to the new one instead of just leaving it to lay empty with no use on the clan list.

This is merger so the clan leader is still the leader...I think you dont know the meaning of merger...
