I think I know how to explain it better.

What jack is saying, it's like joining the clans together, but they stay in their seperate clans.
Say I merge my clan with Jack's clan, and I train and get 1billion exp, I'd get the 1b added to my clan exp and he'd get 250,000 exp added to his clan for my training, and vise versa.

I think it's a pretty good idea.
