When you see someone training for Pokemon or coins you loan them the Pokemon to train and when you press that and pick it.... another box will pop up saying training prizes and you can put the Pokemon/coins your giving for the training and then a box for how much exp like 9,000,000 exp... when they train that much they with your Pokemon they will get the prizes you set.

What, did you just copy it, with more dots, making easier to "understand?But I think I know what your talking about, first you decide on the reward, and how much your gonna train, then the training dude trains it, when you get to how much your gonna train, the Pokemon is automatically sent back, and the rewards are sent to the trainer automatically (hope this makes it easier to read) or if u want example mode... Bob wants Phil to train 10M xp on his spiritomb, Bob will pay 15 coins, they punch that into a these pop up box type thing that has xp to be trained, and reward for training, Phil starts training, when he gets 10M more xp, the spiritomb is automaticly sent to Bob, and Phil gets 15 coins
