Training Glitch

When I'm training, it says I earn exp, but I actually don't get the exp and I cannot level up fix this plz.

It got fixed when I logged off, But when I log back on the exp doesn't display again.

Please provide more exact details.
E.g. Who you battle, and what Pokemon you use.

Also, do you have a exp lock on your Pokemon?

I am battling swimmer Richard to train my other Pokemon and my shadow articuno lvl 1000 has a exp share, and I'm using my shadow articuno level 3000 to defeat it so my other shadow articuno levels up.

You don't have an item on any pokemon in your party as of when I checked it.

Yeah well thats a problem, suppose you didn't know and then you trained a lot and you didn't get experience for it, now thats painful
