I've looked this up a few times and I've seen people of clans been banned but still ranked high on clan list, I've seen players with rare pokemon banned never too be seen again.
Now I wonder how many of the rare pokemon are actually on banned accounts and how would this effect the actual rarity system we all use ?
Well I suggest If an account is banned the pokemon on that account are removed and the person who is banned also gets auto kicked out of his/her clan.
I don't know how hard it would be too maintain, but I've also thought about just removing banned account all together, but than you should make a system that doesn't allow new players too enter that username again because than we would see some weird things for sure.
Its Just a idea maybe not a good one but its a idea none the less.

I disagree. If the account were removed, it would screw up the trainer IDs.

I think, the Rarities could be separate.
The amount in-game and the amount banned/frozen.

Probably a horrible suggestion though...

It would mess up the id rankings and it would mess up accounts because they need to change there siggy's if they change id. 1/10.bSorry.

no it wouldnt cause if an account is perm banned then pokemon is perm banned you cant get it again

I think it's a good idea! Alot of.stuff has gone to waste.. Then maybe the server wouldn't be laggy because less accounts created.

We cannot remove trainers id then it would screw the whole trainers id , if it is abt removing pokemons then it is acceptable

Well as stated earlier a lot of bans aren't permanent so they would take the Pokemon away. I also think that the rarity list should be seperate from banned accounts but still 3/10
