Goto the airport and get a ticket to the Kanto region then use the SS anne to go to there

The advantage : When you're in fuchsia city, go to zafari zone. behind the house, go search for missingno. you'll get Odd Key after battling it.

try bolt strike or blizzard, I always use them for defeating missingno.
