just buys them with no risk...
some people tried between 20 to 30 times to get a Shiny legy and end up wth one...
sometimes you might even get it on your first try...Thats if you're really lucky
the unlucky ones tried over 40+ and end up with nothing at all...

I myself, would rate it x30 instead of x20.

Since it's one in 30 chance and according to my maths x30 is a good rate. Meaning you could get it in your first try, or maybe get 50,000 failed attempts in a row (it's possible).

but x20 will be a good rate for awhile maybe a long time before shinies are worth below that

I actually like the rates if they are too easy shiny legends would be worthless.

a normAL rayquaza cost 7,500 no matter how many people has them or how many rayquaza exist in the game...it will still be 7,500...

x30 is a good rate, I agree with Da Man, plus it makes sense because it has something to do with its chances

x20 does sound good but i would rate it x30 since it is a better price and is worth it since it saids 1 in a 30chance to get one and also i would rate this 8/10.

I like this idea because when you buy legendaries for games corner they are worthless because there so many in the game.
