So with the hole lvl thing going on and we need some way to tone the lvls done I came up with An idea my suggestion is exp upgrades

Exp upgrades would be like this a trainer trains a pokemon to 10,001 he goes to exp upgrades and looks over the upgrades (the upgrade you buy can only be for the pokemon your buying the upgrade with ) there's options like say exp boost (it takes 2% less exp to go up a lvl)and another option for 3 trillion exp you can get move immunity (be immune to a move )
And stay up you can get a pokemon's stats to go up by 10 for 250 billion exp he decides to buy it now his lvl 10,001 is lvl say 8000 but with better stats

(Note these will cost more or less)

Questions coments

Not really needed. It is useful for the trainers like zapdos, grim, etc.

it is needed as there are too many high lvl pokemon this would help bring that down
