We eventually made it to a round room. There were robots circling the weird stone in the center on the wall.
"What's this all about?" I asked.
Sonic took a few steps into the room.
"WAIT! What if it's a trap!?" I yelled.
"Pfffft. It's FINE!" he replied.
"Famous last words..." I muttered. He walked up to the stone in the center.
"There's an indent in the center of this stone." he said.

I grabbed the stone.
"What would happen if we placed it in the center?" I asked. I took a few steps towards the center stone.
"DON'T!" a voice yelled.
I jumped.
"Who said that?" I asked.
"Up here!" the voice answered.
I looked up. There was a kid suspended in a cage above the stone.
"What on Mobius?" I asked.
"That's going to activate all those robots!" the kid answered.
"They-they want to hurt me!"
"That is NOT cool, man." Manic sighed.

Amaterasu sneakily walked out. She saw the robot and its master. "It's just a boy!" Issun said a little too loudly. The boy and the robot turned to face them. "Get him!" The boy commanded. Amaterasu howled.

"Okay, new plan." I said. I tossed the stone on the ground and it was smashed to bits.
"Just in case..." I added, taking a few big chunks.
"We'll discard these elsewhere."
"Let's save the kid and go find Issun and Ammy."
(Is it okay if I call her Ammy? I keep forgetting how to spell her name. xD)

"Who's that?" I asked.
"He's my brother..." the boy said, with a tear in his eye.
We looked at him wide-eyed.
"GUARDS! THEY'RE ESCAPING WITH
STEVIE!" he screamed.
"Uhh, can we talk about this later?" Manic asked.
"Right." I replied, as we took off.
